When you buy a ticket you are agreeing to the following:

• Current Licensing laws are strictly enforced.
• Right of admission is reserved.
• Ticket holders may be subject to search - anyone found in possession of weapons of any description will be refused entry and/or the items seized, logged and handed over to the Police.
• No professional cameras, video cameras, tape recorders or other recording equipment are allowed into The Trojan Rooms.
• Tickets are non-refundable or transferable.
• Ticket holders as members of the audience automatically consent to any filming and sound recordings.
• Ticket holders may be subject to continuous sound levels which may cause potential damage to hearing.
• Ticket holders may be exposed to strobe lighting.
• No bottles, cans, alcohol or food is to be brought into The Trojan Rooms.
• No illegal substances may be brought to, or taken, on the premises. Any one found in possession of such substances will be removed from the building and may be reported to the Police.
• No entry fees will be refunded following ejection or refused entry.
• Please respect our neighbours and make as little noise as possible leaving The Trojan Rooms.
• Only customers in possession of a valid ticket will be admitted into The Trojan Rooms. Lost, stolen or misplaced tickets will not be replaced.
• Any ticket holder throwing objects (beer, glasses etc) will be removed from the building and no refund given. In addition, customer details will be provided to the regulatory authorities should an offence be alleged to have taken place.

LOST PROPERTY
Any items found at The Trojan Rooms will be kept for a period of 3 months. For lost property enquiries please contact mick@thetrojanrooms.co.uk

Changes
The Trojan Rooms reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to the terms will be effective when notice of such changes is posted.
 

Warranty
The Trojan Rooms has used utmost care to ensure and maintain the accuracy, completeness and currency of information published on this site. We, however, take no responsibility for any errors or omission, though if notified of any we will endeavor to rectify such.

Conditions of Room Hire at The Trojan Rooms

The cost of hiring The Trojan Rooms (TTR) for an event/occasion is £150 +VAT (non-returnable). A returnable deposit of £500 +VAT will be required. This deposit will be banked + returned after the event/occasion assuming that all the following conditions have been met.

(i) No Drink (alcoholic or otherwise) will be brought into the premises unless previously agreed.
(ii) No food will be brought into the premises unless previously agreed.
Any damages to any of the furniture, fixtures & fittings will be paid for in full.
(iii) All volume levels for the P.A. equipment, DVD screens and the background music system will be set up by the staff of TTR. This will not be adjusted except downwards and remains solely at the discretion of TTR staff.
(iv) All deposits will be immediately forfeit if any illegal drugs or substances are found on the premises, plus they will be confiscated & the police will be informed.
(v) No alcohol will be consumed by anybody under the age of 18 (unless by previous arrangement). All deposits will be forfeit if under 18’s are seen to be consuming alcohol.
(vi) Unless the function is private (i.e. Wedding. Birthday etc.) ID will be required on entry. No ID then no entry
(vii) No refund on tickets under any circumstances.
(viii) All the licensing conditions of TTR must be adhered to.
(ix) Please consider our neighbors when leaving the premises – shouting, fighting, car doors, car horns etc.
(x) Any abuse of TTR staff will not be tolerated & will culminate in the event/occasion being canceled – if this is the case, no monies will be refunded & the hirer will be liable for all costs.

We want you and your guests to enjoy the occasion and TTR & we feel the above conditions are not in any way onerous, but just common decency.
