MUSIC POLICY
Good music. That's it. Reggae to rock, ska to classic. We'll give anyone a slot if they know how to rock it.

HOW TO BUY TICKETS
Buying gig tickets at The Trojan Rooms couldn't be simpler. Just choose a gig you'd like to go to and the rest is easy. Fill out a few personal and payment details, then choose how you'd like to receive your tickets. We'll post them out to you or you can pick them up at the venue. Sorted.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Please note that age restrictions vary with each of our gigs. Please check before buying your tickets. Our club nights are strictly over 18s unless otherwise stated. ID will be required – unfortunately if you don't have ID you will be refused entry.

STROBE LIGHTING
Please note that strobe lights may be used in some shows. For more details, please ask when you arrive at The Trojan Rooms.

USE OF CAMERAS & RECORDING EQUIPMENT
No professional cameras, video cameras, tape recorders or other recording equipment are allowed into The Trojan Rooms.

LOST PROPERTY
Any items found at The Trojan Rooms will be kept for a period of 3 months. For lost property enquiries please contact mick@thetrojanrooms.co.uk

ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES
The Trojan Rooms takes the needs of our disabled customers very seriously and actively encourages people of all abilities to attend the events and gigs at our venue. We do however advise customers to contact our management team prior to your event or gig. We also recommend that show tickets are purchased in advance and any gig goers with disabilities arrive at the venue 10 minutes before doors are opened. This will help us prepare for any special requirements or access issues you may have.

The Trojan Rooms aims to consistently review and improve its facilities to meet the needs of all our users. Our current amenities include access via the main building entrance and accessible toilet facilities.

GUIDE FOR BANDS
VENUE CAPACITY: 250. No under 18’s - ID will be requested – if you’re unable to provide ID entry will be refused.

ALCOHOL POLICY: No drinks except those purchased. Price lists are behind the bar.

PA & SOUND DESK: 24 channel mixing desk. Screens and DVD available. Click here to download the spec.

STAGE DIMENSIONS: Semi circle – radius 9ft.

OPENING TIMES: Afternoon events 1pm-5pm. Evening events 6pm-3am (as per event). Private functions as requested.

SMOKE MACHINES: No smoke machines are allowed in the venue as they set off the smoke alarms.
